समस्या 🦂

 मैं न तो अपने अतीत से खुश हूं, न तो वर्तमान से और न तो भविष्य से। मेरा जीवन एक सीधी रेखा पर रुक चुका है। जब मैं स्वयं को शीशे में देखता हूँ तो मुझे अपने जीवन से बेहद पछतावा होता है। इसे मैं न तो अपने दोस्तों से कह सकता हूँ, न अपने परिवार को, क्योंकि ये मेरी अंतरात्मा की समस्या है, मेरी भीतरी गमों का समस्या है। मैं किसी को अपना दुःख समझा नहीं सकता। इसी वजह से एक-एक करके लोग मुझसे खफ़ा हो जा रहे हैं और साथ-साथ लोगों से रिश्ते खराब हो गए हैं। मुझे जीवन को शायद जीना नहीं आया। अब इस उम्र के पायदान पर सबकुछ त्याग देने की इच्छा हो रही। बहुत कुछ है परंतु कहने को कुछ नहीं।  देखा जाए तो सब कुछ की समस्या एक ही है वह हूँ 'मैं'...!!!

अंत करीब है

 सच कहता हूँ बिल्कुल दिल से, कुछ भी अच्छा नहीं चल रहा। जीवन में नकारात्मक इतना रहा हूँ कि अब सब कुछ नकारात्मक हो चुका है। यहाँ तक कि खाना खाने तक का होश नहीं। पढ़ाई तक नहीं कर पा रहा। सब कुछ आहिस्ते-आहिस्ते छूट रहा है। मैं खुद से ही खुद को अपने ही मरे हुए विचारों से मार रहा हूँ। मुझे नहीं पता मैं कहाँ जा रहा हूँ पर एक अजीब सी परिमित है मन मे जहाँ पर सालों से हूं और इस चक्र से नहीं निकल रहा। आखिरी बार मै कब खुद से मिला, कब खुद से बात की याद नहीं। अभी भी लगता है सब कुछ अजीब सा। मन भगाये जा रहा और मैं भाग रहा हूँ। मन भगा कर अलग अलग जगह पर ले जाता है, एक अलग दायरों में ले जाता है जो किसी काम का नहीं। एक जाल में ही सिमट चुका हूं। बेसहारा सा लगता है। मैं मिट रहा हूँ। एक दिन मिट जाऊँगा।
